Thank you for trying our program!!!  We are very interested in your comments
and suggestions regarding our products, so please feel free to speak up and
tell us what you like or don't like.  We'll do our best to fix it, change it,
or just make it better...REALLY!

The enclosed program SIGGUARD.EXE is the Shareware evaluation version of our
program Signature Guardian 1.0.  You are hereby granted the non-exclusive
right to use this program for a 10-day evaluation period.  If you decide to
register the program with us, please fill out the order form and send your
payment as indicated.  You will be sent an original program disk.  If you
decide the program does not suit your needs, that's okay!  However, we do
ask that you delete it from your system.

This program was written in Microsoft Visual Basic 3.0 for Windows and
requires Microsoft Windows 3.1 and the Visual Basic Runtime Library 3.0
(VBRUN300.DLL).  VBRUN300.DLL has NOT been included in this archive!!!
If you do not already have VBRUN300.DLL, you must obtain it before you can
run SIGGUARD.EXE.  Most large computer networks like CompuServe have this
file available for downloading.

To run SIGGUARD.EXE, select NEW from the PROGRAM MANAGER FILE MENU.  Enter
the valid path and "\SIGGUARD.EXE", and select OK.  Double-click the program
icon.  (NOTE: You must have the VBRUN300.DLL in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM
directory, DOS path, or directory which contains SIGGUARD.EXE).

Signature Guardian is meant to be a first defense to the protection of your
scanned signature, and by no means conforms to any government security or
encryption standards.  What we're saying here is that this program is
probably not much protection from a serious computer hacker.  However,
it is a great tool to keep your signature away from your friends, secretary,
spouse, or kids (unless they are one of the aforementioned hackers)!  It's
also a great way to keep your signature handy without bothering with the
import feature of your software.  Just start up Signature Guardian, copy
to the clipboard, and paste to your application.  It's that easy!

While there is no instruction manual included here, we believe that
Signature Guardian 1.0 is so easy to use, you don't need one!  So go ahead,
explore the program.  You should have the basics figured out in a jiffy.

If you already have a copy of your scanned signature in TIF or BMP format,
please send a diskette containing this file with your registration.  If you
would like us to scan your signature, please include your signature in black
ink on white paper with your registration.  Upon receiving your payment, we
will ship you an original program disk containing your signature, and a
unique default password to get you started.  Please note that diskettes are
shipped on 3.5" media only!
